Compassionate Counselling for Life's Challenges
Hello, my name is Jess and I am a qualified integrative counsellor, based in Brighton.
Loss, anxiety, and uncertainty can leave you feeling overwhelmed, lost, or stuck. If you’re struggling to navigate difficult emotions, you don’t have to do it alone. As an integrative counsellor, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings at your own pace.
Rather than offer quick fixes, I work alongside you as a gentle guide, helping you find your own path towards greater balance, self-understanding, and peace.
If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d love to walk alongside you.
How I Can Help
I specialise in:
Using an integrative approach, I draw on different therapeutic techniques to meet your unique needs. Whether you need space to talk, reflect, or simply be, I’m here to support you.
I offer both short and long-term counselling, depending on your needs.
As well as my private practice, I also work as a bereavement counsellor for a local hospice.
Gain insight
Counselling provides a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, helping you gain deeper insight into yourself. Through guided reflection and meaningful conversations, you can uncover patterns, understand the root of challenges, and develop a clearer perspective on your life. This self-awareness empowers you to make positive changes, improve relationships, and navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
Harness your inner strength
Counselling helps you tap into your inner strength, building resilience and confidence to face life’s challenges. Through self-exploration and support, you can recognize your own abilities, overcome obstacles, and develop a stronger sense of self. By harnessing this inner strength, you gain the courage to set healthy boundaries, and move forward with purpose.
Find peace
Counselling offers a path to finding inner peace by helping you navigate stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges with greater understanding and self-compassion. Through reflection and healing, you can release burdens, let go of negativity, and cultivate a sense of balance and calm. By gaining clarity and embracing healthier perspectives, you create space for peace, both within yourself and in your daily life.

“Jessica supported me through some of the toughest moments in my life. With her warmth and compassion, we worked through both my past experiences and strategies to manage my anxiety. She challenged me at exactly the right moments. Having struggled to connect with therapists before, I felt comfortable enough to open up and fully engage in the process. Jessica created a safe space where I felt truly heard and understood.”

“Working with Jess has been quite a joy for me as I’ve journeyed through my bereavement process. Her patience & kindness shown to me during this stressful time has made such a difference & I now feel much more resilient than when I first went to see her a few months back.”

“My son worked with Jess over several months and it was so useful to know he had someone neutral to talk about his problems with. Jess introduced him to a variety of tools to experiment with to help his issues. Initially he was nervous about meeting someone new but they quickly built a trusting relationship. He felt safe with her and really opened up about some of the things he was dealing with. I am really grateful that my son spent time working with Jess.”
